James Cornell

Chairman & Global Chief Executive Officer

James has a significant track record in financial services, technology, and data. Founder of Lowell at 31, he scaled it into one of the largest pan-European credit management firms, with more than 5,000 employees. After 16 years as CEO of Lowell, he ventured into private equity before becoming Accumin's Chief Executive Officer in 2022.

Jaime Churruca

Global Chief Financial Officer

Jaime worked for 12 years in PwC's Deals department. His journey then led him to Vía Célere, where he held multiple roles before joining Accumin in 2023. Jaime holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and the Copenhagen Business School.

Teresa Coelho

Global People & Sustainability Officer

Teresa, with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, was the partner in charge of HR at KPMG in Spain and Andorra and served as HR Director at Amazon Spain and Italy. Her extensive background also includes roles at Barclays Bank, making her an invaluable asset to Accumin since 2023.

Luis Madeira

Global Head of Value Creation

Luis brings over 15 years of experience in strategic and executive roles within the Financial Services and Real Estate industries, having worked at PwC, Bain & Company, and Mutua Madrileña. He is a Civil Engineer and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School. Luis joined Accumin in 2022.

Ramón Mateos

Global Head of Information Technology

Ramón, who joined the group in 2014, brings over a decade of experience as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in multinational corporations, with a focus on e-commerce and online travel sectors.

Maarten de Haas

Global Head of Value & Advisory

Maarten has extensive experience in consultancy and real estate, holding a master's in fiscal law. A performance-driven leader, he has advised on global restructurings across industries in Europe, the US, and Asia, and held Board-level roles. He joined Accumin in 2024 as global responsible for valuation and advisory business line.

Manuel Hurtado

Global Head of Intelligence

Manuel has more than 10 years of experience in technology, data and AI transformations. Prior to Accumin, Manuel worked at McKinsey & Company in their Digital and Analytics team, advising companies across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latam. Manuel has a BSc and a MsC in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI) and a BS in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).

Johan Drost

Global Head of Risk Management

Johan has extensive experience in banking, including various board and management positions at Troostwijk Group and BKR Foundation, bringing a unique perspective to Accumin since 2021.

José Rivera

Global Head of Home

Computer Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and MBA from IE Business School, he founded Rumbo and held key roles at Amadeus, Carrefour, and Alterna. Joining our group in 2022, his expertise enriches our technological landscape.

Juan José Hernández

Head of Latam and RoW

Juan José led Grupo Norte's HR for four years before joining Accumin in 2003, where he has been instrumental in HR management and more recently in executive roles. Juan José holds a Law degree from the University of Extremadura and an HR master's from IE.

José Antonio Hernández

Head of Value & Advisory Spain

José Antonio joined Accumin in 1995 as an external appraiser. He served as Technical Director for 20 years before leading Tinsa España since 2017 and becoming Executive Chairman in 2022.

Steffen Berger

Head of Value & Advisory Germany

With over 18 years in real estate valuation and data processing, Steffen started at CBRE in 2006 and founded a consultancy in 2010, merging with Persch Consult GmbH in 2014. A certified valuer (HypZert F) and FRICS Fellow, he has led the digitalization strategy as Managing Director, driving company growth and success.

Mattias Knabe

Head of Software Germany

Matthias Knabe previously managed a web and media design firm. He joined on-geo in 2011 as a sales manager, a company that became part of Accumin in 2019. He has been a pivotal part of the team, now as Regional Head of Software & MD.

Jesús Orozco

Head of North Latam

Jesús Ramón Orozco de la Fuente, with a wealth of experience in valuations, joined our group in 2004 and rose to director of Tinsa Mexico, leveraging his expertise to lead operations since 2017.

Juan Camilo Castaño

Head of Central Latam

Juan Camilo has over 15 years of experience in property and valuations. He joined Accumin in 2012 when the group acquired ZALA Colombia group, where he was deputy manager, bringing invaluable insights.

Felipe García

Regional Head of South LATAM

Felipe García, an architect with a postgraduate degree (University of Chile), has extensive experience in companies involved in property consultancy. He joined the group in Tinsa Chile in 2009, rising to Managing Director in 2015.
