The Tinsa Group acquires urbanData Analytics

The Tinsa Group has reached an agreement with the financial services company Alantra LLP to acquire urbanData Analytics (uDA), the Madrid-based real estate analysis and consultancy firm.

The uDA team has been advising real estate professionals on the purchase, management and sale of properties for more than 10 years and joins the Group to strengthen the 'intelligence' part of the business, providing knowledge and complementary technological solutions that enhance the value proposition for its broad base of global clients. “This is excellent news that will allow us to move forward in our goal of providing a global perspective that combines valuation knowledge and market insight to help people and businesses make the best real estate decisions," said James Cornell, Chairman and CEO of Tinsa Group.
