Accumin renews its EcoVadis Bronze Medal

Accumin has renewed its EcoVadis Bronze Medal, the leading international standard for assessing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance. The Bronze level recognises companies ranked within the top 35% worldwide.

In 2026, Accumin achieved a score of 70 out of 100, up from the 61 points obtained in 2025, positioning the company in the top 20% of the highest-rated companies worldwide and in the top 13% within the real estate sector.

This EcoVadis recognition confirms the maturity of Accumin’s responsible management model and reflects positive progress across all four pillars assessed. Ethics stands out specially, with Accumin ranking in the top 4% of real estate services’ companies globally.

Key results of the 2026 EcoVadis assessment:

  • Ethics: 82 points (top 4%)
  • Labour practices and human rights: 72 points (top 10%)
  • Sustainable procurement: 55 points (increase of 13 points)
  • Environment: 70 points (increase of 9 points)

“The EcoVadis medal reinforces our strategy to integrate ESG criteria into our day-to-day activities and our commitment to leading with example in a market with strong potential for sustainable development,” says Teresa Coelho, Global Head of People & Sustainability Officer at Accumin.
