
The IESE Real Estate Industry Meeting highlights RE market's diversification
The 12th IESE Real Estate Industry Meeting, co-organized by Accumin, IESE Business School and Savills España, was held this March and was attended by more than 400 real estate professionals.
José Antonio Hernández Calvín, Head of Valuations at Accumin, opened the session followed by the intervention of James Cornell, CEO of Accumin, who highlighted the potential of the current growth cycle in the Spanish market.
The programme addressed the key trends set to shape 2026, ranging from hospitality and tourism to data, energy and housing, in a sector undergoing a process of profound transformation.
