New General Managers of Tinsa by Accumin in Costa Rica and Peru

##### Accumin announces the appointment of two new General Managers for its Tinsa by Accumin property valuation companies in Costa Rica and Peru.

**Graciela Jara** the new general manager of Tinsa by Accumin in Costa Rica, has more than 21 years' experience in banking and the commercial management of financial services and products. With a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, and Technical in Project Management, she has an MBA specialized in Marketing.

Before joining Tinsa by Accumin, Graciela worked as Head of Business at BCR SAFI, in San José, assuming the responsibilities of developing business strategies, managing all project personnel and providing advice and service to customers and commercial entities. Previously, she played the role of Commercial Supervisor in the same company.

Graciela is a certified **Relational Ontological Coach** and is a person who is passionate about customer experience.


**Sanyiro Yshikawa**, for his part, assumes the role of General Manager of Tinsa by Accumin in Peru, the company he joined almost 9 years ago. An architect by profession, with an MBA in Management and with specialties in Project Management and Leadership, Sanyiro Yshikawa has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world.

**He joined the Tinsa by Acccumin in Peru team in 2016 as Head of Real Estate Project Valuation**, to lead a small team that offered financial supervision services for construction. A year later, he went on to hold the position of Consulting Manager and already, in 2018, he became Manager of the Operations department.

Sanyiro is also a writer. He published a book a few years ago and is passionate about martial arts and leadership

Deyde DataCentric obtains the most prestigious certification in the field of data protection: ISO 27701 The certification body AENOR has awarded Deyde DataCentric by Accumin with the most prestigious international certification in the field of data protection: ISO 27701. This certification represents a significant milestone for the company, as it validates its continuous efforts to establish, implement and maintain a solid Information Privacy Management System (IPMS).

The certification provides added value in four areas:

##### Renewal of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001

Deyde Datacentric by Accumin has also updated its Information Security Management System certificate to ISO 27001:2022 and renewed its ISO 9001 certification for the next three years. ISO 9001 is the most widely used model in national and international customer/supplier relations.

**Accumin** has acquired energy and sustainability consultancy **Zero Consulting**. With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, Zero Consulting specialises in advising on **sustainability in real estate development projects** (design, simulation and parameterisation in BIM technology, circularity and carbon footprint) and the management of sustainable buildings with low energy consumption, as well as consultancy for the certification of LEED, WELL, DGNB, BREEAM and VERDE projects (measurement and approval).

Tinsa Mexico by Accumin obtains the ISO 27001 certification for information security

- **Johan Drost**, current CEO of Troostwijk Group, a subsidiary of Accumin, has been appointed **Global Head of Risk Management**. Maarten is an executive with extensive international experience, having spent his career in consulting and real estate (MVGM, Cushman, Deloitte and EY), working closely with leading US, European and Asian companies.

He is based in the Netherlands, although he has also lived in Singapore and Shanghai (China) for 5 years.

Maarten has an impressive track record as Managing Director and Commercial Director for Europe and the Middle East (EMEA) for major property consultancies. Enthusiastic and passionate about teamwork, Maarten is an expert at creating connections between organisations and people.

Manuel Hurtado will be responsible for driving the Group's data and market intelligence business strategy.

Manuel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI) and a degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). He has more than a decade of experience in data strategy, digital transformation, analytics and digital business creation.

Manuel comes from the technology consultancy McKinsey, where he was a key leader in the Madrid office, leading the Data Services and Artificial Intelligence practice. He has also worked for companies such as Indra and Altair Management Consultants, bringing international and cross-sector experience.

The Tinsa Group acquires urbanData Analytics

The Tinsa Group has reached an agreement with the financial services company Alantra LLP to acquire urbanData Analytics (uDA), the Madrid-based real estate analysis and consultancy firm.
